Symptoms

Symptoms Description Shingles is an inflamation of nerves originating in the spine. The inflamation is caused by a flar up of the Chicken pox virus.

Conventional Treatment Vitamin C: 2 - 5 grams daily Vitamin B6: 100 mg daily Zinc: 50 mg daily Lysine: 500 mg daily; 1000 mg three times Avoid foods with high arginine content; Chocolate peanut butter peanuts, cashews, pecans, almonds seeds (sunflower, sesame, etc.) peas oats corn coconut gelatin Incude foods in your diet with high lysine content: brewers's Yeast dairy products eggs fish potatoes
